Under the massive castle walls there is situated a small town. The square of Rabí is surrounded by the houses with colourful gables in the style of the “rural Baroque” and the beautiful places appear under the castle in the quarter called Hradčany.

In the Hradčany quarter there are some places which are connected with the Jewish community. The Jewish cemetery, where stand white gravestones with floral decorations and inscriptions in the Hebrew or German language, and the house No. 102, which was used as a Jewish prayer room, keep reminding of the Jewish community.

From the centre of the town of Rabí you are able to go for a walk in various directions:

In the eastern outskirts of Rabí there stands the Baroque Church of Saint John of Nepomuk. This place offers the great view of the castle premises.

It the north of the town of Rabí there rises the Šibeník Hill. On its hillside (maybe one hundred meters from the road which leads to the village of Budětice) there is a water tower – a beautiful Neo-Gothic building which looks like a castle.

It the west of the town there rises the Líšná Hill. In its forests (maybe after twenty five minutes of walking) you reach the remains of the Gothic Church of All Saints. At the base of this hill (about forty minutes′ walk) there is also the Gunther′s spring with healing water.
